Key Responsibilities

• Test development work completed in a ServiceNow instance.

• Contribute to and develop test cases for the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Perform regression testing to support major upgrades and releases.
  

Qualifications

• Typically 4-6 years of relevant work experience in related field.

• Proven experience in the industry

• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) preferred.

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

• Plus additional ServiceNow knowledge/micro-cert of at least one: Customer Service Management (CSM) Playbooks Flow Designer UI Builder Now Assist / AI Platform Analytics Predictive Intelligence Service Portal Catalog Items Automated Test Framework (ATF).
