We are seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with 510 years of relevant experience in roads highways and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning execution and supervision of construction activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications safety standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise construction activities for road highway and infrastructure projects
• Review project plans drawings and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards safety regulations and project timelines
• Coordinate with contractors consultants and project stakeholders
• Monitor site progress and prepare reports on work status issues and solutions
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and materials
• Assist in project planning scheduling and cost control
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• 510 years of experience in road highway or infrastructure construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods standards and safety practices
• Experience in site supervision and project coordination
• Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD MS Office etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in government or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with DPWH standards and specifications
• Strong leadership and project management skills
