Overview: Join Bureau Veritas a global leader in testing inspection and certification services.

We are seeking a qualified Senior Materials Engineer to provide on-site supervision of contractor works and ensure quality control and assurance compliance on our Roads and Highways Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor works at project site at all times
• Issue instructions and provide direction on quality control and assurance matters
• Conduct materials inspections and testing
• Monitor compliance with DPWH standards and project specifications
• Prepare quality assurance reports and documentation
• Perform other tasks required to complete consulting services

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PLE)- Current license from PRC
• DPWH Accredited Materials Engineer II- Current accreditation
• Minimum 10 yearsof professional experience as Materials Engineer II
• Expert knowledge of materials testing QA/QC procedures and DPWH standards
• Strong supervisory and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science
• Experience supervising contractors on large infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with project management systems
