Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in asset management inventory control warehouse operations accounting or a similar role.
• Knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and inventory management processes.
• Experience using ERP systems or asset management software (e.g. SAP Oracle Odoo Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational analytical and communication skills with excellent attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the companys fixed asset register ensuring accurate and complete asset records.
• Record asset acquisitions transfers disposals and retirements in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor tag and track company assets while maintaining complete documentation.
• Conduct periodic physical asset inventories and reconcile records with accounting data.
• Coordinate asset issuance transfers returns maintenance repairs and warranty tracking.
• Prepare asset reports inventory reconciliations and audit-related documentation.
• Investigate and resolve asset discrepancies including missing or damaged assets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments to improve asset utilization inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
