Health & Safety Specialist

The Health & Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety (HSE) programs across the organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements promotes a strong safety culture and assists in risk mitigation initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.

• Implements and monitors health and safety programs to ensure compliance with DOLE/BWC and company standards.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and assist in risk assessments across sites.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports/CAPA
• Monitor PPE compliance and first-aid readiness
• Maintain OSH documentation permits and statutory reports
• Coordinate emergency drills and training
• Partner with internal stakeholders to promote safety awareness and best practices
