Work Setup: Monday to Friday | Full Onsite (with the possibility of a hybrid setup) | Night shift may be required Industry: Auditing Firm Location: Makati Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system enhancements, new applications, and process improvements. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure applications meet business and operational requirements. Identify, document, track, and validate software defects, coordinating with developers, vendors, and stakeholders until resolution. Collaborate with IT and business users to understand system requirements, recommend quality improvements, and ensure adequate test coverage. Prepare testing documentation, test reports, and quality metrics while supporting continuous improvement of QA processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or IT application support. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Senior Associate or Executive levels. Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect tracking, and test documentation. Experience with test automation tools is an advantage. Familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, or business systems; experience supporting accounting or audit-related applications is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
