Job Description

Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on night shift (8pm to 5am). This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

What Youll Do

• Assist with the execution of transformation strategies to enhance enterprise systems and software solutions ensuring adoption by end users

• Execute process transformation tasks to achieve process optimization operational efficiency and cost savings

• Assist with tasks throughout the transformation project lifecycle through Discover Design Build Test and Implement

• Collaborate with business partners to understand and document requirements draft user stories and execute testing

• Generate analyze and interpret data to develop insights that support strategic decisions and enable business value

• Assist in developing a data-driven culture through supporting advanced analytics solutions and AI-enabled projects

• Enable change management efforts to ensure adoption of transformation solutions by business users

• Work collaboratively with Finance IT and functional operations teams

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance Accounting Marketing IT or related field

• 3 years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation test management software quality assurance or consulting

• ISTQB Certification is a preferred qualification

• GPC (Global Product Cost) / Finance / RTR (Record to Report) knowledge is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in an internal or external consulting role with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results

• Strong communication skills can work with multinational counterparts

• Detail oriented with strong business acumen and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results

• Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques

• Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with Agile / Scrum framework is preferable.

• Working level knowledge of Power BI and KNIME is preferable.

• Experience in managing end-to-end test cycles is preferable

• Experience in developing training manuals and conducting training is preferable.

• Important: Must be willing to work in the NIGHT SHIFT.
