Project Operations Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Control monitor and report on defined project KPIs in alignment with the Project Manager and Account Director
• Ensure compliance with established processes rules and policies
• Execute recurring administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle
• Set up and maintain project data in internal tools and systems
• Provide clear verbal and written communication to the Project Manager and account team

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of project controlling and reporting; additional experience in project management is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial and business KPIs
• Exceptional numerical aptitude with the ability to comprehend validate and interpret complex data and figures
• Advanced MS Office skills particularly in Excel
• Experience with D365 MS Power BI Atlassian Confluence and Jira is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good command of English both written and spoken
• German and/or French language skills are an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure tasks effectively and manage multiple small-scale activities simultaneously
