Shangri-La The Fort Manila located within Fort Bonifacio the former military base and city centre. With 60 storeys comprising 576 hotel guestrooms 97 hotel residences and 96 exclusive Horizon Homes the building is destined to become a Manila landmark. The new hotel will complement the companys five existing properties in the Philippines.

The mixed-use business residential and retail tower will be located along Fifth Avenue and 30th within the new fast-developing Taguig business district. A 30-minute drive from the international airport the hotel will also be close to the Manila Golf Club and Manila Polo Club and 10 minutes from Makati district the capitals financial cultural and entertainment hub with first-class shopping malls.

DUTIES

The Service Associate - Retail shall be responsible in assisting the Director of Retail of the entire hotel retail marketing and leasing activities. He/She will be creative to build strategies to fill out the tenants of the hotel retail area and will maintain the best tenant mix that will attract more guest to the hotel retail complex. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Retail he/she will assist in implementing all retail activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity
• Preferably with at least 1yearexperience in leasing retail fashion sales & marketing & hospitality or any otherrelated work
• Preferably fluent and effective in oral and written communication
• Self-starter goal-oriented tactful and sensitive to needs
• Creative and with an eye for details
• Flexible
• Right to unrestricted employment in the Philippines.
