Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual investor reports
- Compile financial statements KPIs and performance metrics
- Reconcile reporting data with accounting records
- Analyze variances and trends
Investor Communications
- Respond to investor inquiries
- Coordinate distribution of reports and notices
- Maintain investor reporting calendars and deadlines
- Assist with presentations and investor meetings
Data Management & Analysis
- Aggregate data from accounting treasury operations and portfolio systems
- Validate data accuracy and completeness
- Produce dashboards and management reporting
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes
