ServiceNow Platform Architect

ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead and execute platform upgrade projects, including planning, testing, and go-live activities to ensure seamless transitions to new ServiceNow versions
• Conduct post-upgrade security assessments and follow up on remediation actions to maintain platform integrity and compliance
• Manage and optimize integrations across multiple systems (SSO, ERP, collaboration tools, and other enterprise platforms) using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Provide expert architecture recommendations and guidance to internal teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and long-term platform scalability
• Apply security patches and enforce governance standards to protect platform reliability and data security
• Design and document a future-ready architecture roadmap in preparation for upcoming cloud migration initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and drive platform adoption
• Act as the go-to technical authority for ServiceNow platform health monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in an Architect role
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification required
• Deep expertise in enterprise integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Proven experience managing platform upgrades and maintaining instance health across complex environments
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security frameworks, patching processes, and ITSM governance
• English fluent; additional languages are a plus
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures
