Marketing Campaign Specialist Governance Business

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist - Governance Business reporting to the Senior Manager Marketing youll play a critical role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation brand awareness and pipeline growth for Nasdaqs Governance Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation audience engagement and measurable business impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product sales content digital and events to deliver targeted data-driven marketing programs aligned with business priorities.
• Track analyze and report on campaign performance using insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Leverage marketing automation and analytics platforms to support campaign delivery tracking and reporting across the full funnel.
• Manage activation budgets and collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality program execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 68 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in financial services fintech or a comparable industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results across demand generation and digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms such as Marketo Salesforce or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and digital performance marketing.
• Background in capital markets fintech or a regulated industry environment.
• Demonstrated success working across global cross-functional teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

This position will be located in Bonifacio Global City Taguig Philippines and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
