We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer with 510 years of experience in highway road and infrastructure projects. The Highway Engineer will be responsible for planning design review and supervision of road construction activities ensuring compliance with standards quality and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan design and supervise highway and road construction projects
• Review engineering drawings plans and specifications for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to DPWH standards safety regulations and quality requirements
• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate with contractors consultants and project teams
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site
• Prepare progress reports technical documentation and project updates
• Assist in project planning scheduling and cost management

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• 510 years of relevant experience in highway road or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of road design construction methods and materials
• Familiarity with DPWH standards and highway engineering practices
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or government projects
• Knowledge of traffic engineering and pavement design
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
