Lead Generation Specialist

OB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and creative Lead Generation Specialist to join us on a contract basis.

This role will support our business development efforts by creating compelling marketing and sales materials that attract, engage, and convert prospective customers and investors.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong copywriting and presentation design skills, understands lead generation strategies, and is highly proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity and content quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop persuasive copy for outbound lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social media, and other digital channels.
  
• Create high-converting lead magnets, sales collateral, marketing assets, presentations, and investor pitch decks that effectively communicate our services, value proposition, and growth strategy.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging based on target audiences, campaign objectives, and business priorities.
  
• Research target industries, customer personas, competitors, and market trends to strengthen messaging, positioning, and lead generation strategies.
  
• Ensure all marketing and sales content aligns with the company's brand voice, strategic objectives, and customer value proposition.
  
• Continuously test, measure, and optimize messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials based on performance insights and feedback.
  
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, content creation, brainstorming, and marketing workflows while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, growth marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role.
  
• Excellent English written communication and copywriting skills, with experience creating persuasive sales and marketing content.
  
• Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling and engaging messaging.
  
• Experience supporting sales, business development, or investor relations initiatives.
  
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to develop, refine, and optimize marketing content, research, presentations, and lead generation activities.
  
• Ability to create effective AI prompts, critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and brand consistency, and stay up to date with emerging AI tools and best practices.
