Finance ManagerContinuous Improvement & ESG

TheFinance Manager -Continuous Improvement &ESG will support theFinance Director/ CFO in ensuring strong controls ESG-related risk management and complianceenvironment in Citadel operating companies; ensuring that policies are understood in the organization andthat proper controls and compliance are in place especially in the companys key processes.

As an individual contributor this position will have core responsibility and ownership of the ESG reportgeneration processes and will develop and implement plans to ensure an organization can continueoperating during disruptions (BCP).

Assist the Finance Director/ CFO in report generation Business Review activities Process Map CreationDocument Management System Service Management recognition programs ad hoc and other financeactivities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:

• University Degree in Business Accounting or Finance
• CPA License is preferred
• More than 5 years of relevant experience
• Analytical with some level of business finance andaccounting understanding.
• Excellent numerical ability and Excel skills.
• Strong coordination skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to demonstrate work consistent with IP&E GBALimited
• Self-propelled takes initiatives and is interested inlearning the various IP&E GBA businesses.
