Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead and manage a high-performing payroll team responsible for processing high-volume multi-country payrolls across multiple internal brands. This role requires deep knowledge of global payroll compliance strong team management skills and the ability to drive process improvement in a complex fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple internal brands across multiple regions including APAC MENA Europe and LATAM.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for large employee populations.
• Manage coach and develop a team of payroll specialists/coordinators to support day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and local payroll laws tax reporting and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR Finance Legal IT) to support payroll integrations process alignment and policy updates.
• Resolve complex payroll issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
• Lead payroll-related audits and internal control reviews ensuring data integrity and SOX compliance (if applicable).
• Monitor and report on payroll KPIs and service delivery metrics.
• Oversee tax filings annual statement processing and other regulatory obligations.
• Lead payroll process for centralization and deployment efforts for in region payrolls.
• Recommend and implement process improvements automation and documentation for operational efficiency.
• Participate in payroll system upgrades implementations or consolidations as needed.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive payroll experience including multi-state payroll and team management.
• Strong working knowledge of payroll systems (e.g. ADP Workday UKG etc.).
• Experience managing high-volume global payroll across multiple entities or clients.
• Deep understanding of global payroll concepts and processes with NA knowledge a plus.
• Experience working in a shared services or centralized payroll model is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
• GPMI certification preferred but not required.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
