Work Setup: Monday to Friday | Full Onsite (with the possibility of a hybrid setup) | Night shift may be required Industry: Auditing Firm Location: Makati Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate application functionality, system enhancements, and process changes. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure systems meet business and operational requirements. Identify, document, track, and verify defects while collaborating with developers, IT teams, and business users to support timely resolution. Review system requirements and business processes to ensure appropriate test coverage and identify potential quality risks. Maintain testing documentation, prepare test reports, and provide recommendations to improve QA processes and application quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience in quality assurance, software testing, application support, or a related IT role. Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test documentation, defect tracking, and testing tools; experience with automation testing is an advantage. Familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, and business systems; experience supporting accounting, audit, or professional services applications is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
