Location & Shift: Makati City | Monday to Friday, Hybrid Shift

In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our SAP ecosystem, driving the design, development, and optimization of robust applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and continuous system improvement to support our clients' digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, code, test, and implement custom SAP solutions, forms, and interfaces utilizing ABAP, Fiori, or relevant SAP development tools.
• System Integration: Develop and maintain secure, efficient integrations between SAP modules and external third-party systems.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Analyze system performance, debug complex technical issues, and apply optimization techniques to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Technical Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive technical specifications, system architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants and business analysts to map operational workflows into technical blueprints.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP development (ABAP, Object-Oriented programming, or SAP BTP/Fiori).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP core concepts, including enhancement frameworks (BAdIs, User Exits), BAPIs, RFCs, and IDocs.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex system bottlenecks and application errors.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. SAP certifications are a strong plus.
