Overseeing or working in Tool & Die service operations and adhering to internal working rules and all shop machine tools and hand tools (e.g. precision lathes drills jig borer milling machines etc. )Reading specifications and using specialized IT programs to design and calculating the and repairing tools gauges intricate fixtures with synchronizing parts gauges in initial ramp-up procedures for new tools in testing and analyzing dysfunctionalities.A job at this levelProvides setup and maintenance procedures for an assigned part of production with a limited number and kind of higher-level technical maintenance and repairs technicians in their work instructions maintenance and repair procedures as given to provide reliable work and results in the systems.
