Call Center Agent (Appointment Setter - Opener)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Call Center Agents to join our US Timeshare Campaign. As an Appointment Setter, you will contact qualified leads in the United States, build rapport with potential

customers, and schedule appointments for them to attend a timeshare sales presentation. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
• Introduce the vacation ownership program and its promotional offers.
• Qualify customers based on campaign criteria.
• Schedule appointments for qualified customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Follow company scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Maintain compliance with client and company policies.
• Participate in coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous BPO, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and CRM navigation skills.
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift (US time zone).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Timeshare, Vacation Packages, or Travel Campaigns.
• Sales and objection-handling experience.
• Strong listening and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with customers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Outbound Calls: 200–300 calls per day
• Turnovers (Qualified Transfers): 8+ per day
• Appointments Set: 2–3 appointments per day
• Attendance & Adherence: 95% or higher
• Quality Assurance Score: 90% or higher
• Schedule Compliance: Meet client and company standards
