What You Will Do *

• Develop CNC machining programs using Mastercam and Siemens NX, select and define appropriate cutting tools for various machining operations, and create detailed setup guides to support efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.

• Review engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications to develop accurate and efficient CNC machining programs.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, ensuring product quality and adherence to tight tolerances.

• Continuously improve machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.

• Working within a team to achieve departmental and business objectives.

• Provide timely and accurate technical support to the shop floor.

• Maintain good housekeeping

What You Will Learn

• Hands-on expertise in advanced CNC programming techniques.

• Best practices for utilizing Mastercam and NX software to streamline programming workflows.

• Exposure to high-precision machining with multi-axis CNC machines and rotary table attachment.

• Knowledge in manufacturing processes for interior products and aerospace components.

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Engineering or Technical related course.

• Knowledgeable CNC programming using Mastercam or NX software.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in CNC programming.

• Knowledgeable to operate CNC machine as a machinist.

• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.

• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and CAD drawings.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in aerospace or any manufacturing environments related to CNC.

• Familiarity with high-speed machining techniques and materials such as aluminum, stainless, mild steel, engineering plastics, and composites.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Enhance communication skills through engagement and trainings.
