The Role
Were hiring a Senior HR Manager to own the full HR relationship for a portfolio of North American clients not just running processes but actively shaping how those companies approach culture retention and people operations. This is a role for someone who has done HR end-to-end and knows the difference between maintaining an HR function and building one.
Youll work directly with founders and leadership teams as a trusted advisor not a task-taker. Youll manage multiple client accounts simultaneously each at a different stage of maturity and youll be expected to bring ideas to the table before clients ask for them. This role also has a business development component: youll help grow the client base and identify new relationship and revenue opportunities not just service the ones we already have.

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end HR delivery for multiple North American client accounts at once: onboarding policy performance management employee relations offboarding and everything in between
• Build genuine relationships with client leadership so Flexihire becomes indispensable not interchangeable
• Proactively identify gaps in a clients HR function and bring solutions such as culture initiatives process improvements and performance frameworks without being asked
• Help identify and develop new client relationships and growth opportunities working alongside the founder on business development
• Spot expansion opportunities within existing accounts (additional services upsells referrals)
• Handle North American HR compliance benefits and employment practices with fluency not just familiarity
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting client priorities without dropping the ball on any one account
• Mentor and delegate appropriately to junior HR support staff without offloading the work that makes you valuable
• Partner directly with Flexihires founder on service strategy client retention and account growth

What Were Looking For

• 5 years in HR with genuine end-to-end experience not limited to one function like payroll or benefits administration
• Direct experience supporting North American (US/Canada) companies; you understand the compliance landscape not just the paperwork
• A track record of building something for a client or employer whether a program a process or a culture shift not just running what already existed
• Comfort managing multiple client relationships simultaneously each with different needs and maturity levels
• Strong client-facing communication; you can sit across from a founder and be a trusted advisor not just a service provider
• Some comfort with or interest in business development relationship building and helping grow a client base
• A bias toward ownership: youd rather solve a problem than pass it along
• Based in the Philippines able to work North American hours as needed for client calls
