Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Digital Innovation & Business Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives that improve business performance and accelerate transformation. This role is responsible for developing digital strategies leading cross-functional teams partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering technology-enabled solutions that create measurable business value.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Transformation

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through technology automation analytics and digital innovation.
• Lead the implementation of transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency productivity and business performance.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and promote continuous innovation across the organization.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead coach and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Set clear performance goals and support employee growth through mentoring and coaching.
• Manage team resources workload planning and capability development.
• Foster a collaborative innovative and high-performance culture.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong partnerships with senior business leaders and key stakeholders.

• Facilitate collaboration between business technology and operational teams.
• Present recommendations project updates and strategic insights to executive leadership.

Program & Project Management

• Oversee the successful delivery of digital transformation programs and strategic projects.
• Manage project timelines budgets risks governance and resource allocation.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule within scope and meet quality expectations.
• Track project performance and measure business impact.

Operational Excellence

• Drive continuous process improvement through automation and digital solutions.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

• Support the organizations ongoing digital capability development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in digital transformation technology leadership business transformation or management consulting.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Proven success delivering large-scale digital technology or business transformation programs.
• Strong strategic thinking analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
