We are looking for a Membership Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to 1% for the Planet's global business member network. In this role, you will manage member inquiries, assist with membership certification and renewals, maintain accurate membership records, and ensure an outstanding member experience through timely and professional support.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
