Description

Responsibility is to design and create effective solutions that meet the specific needs of the group, clients or internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, developers, and architects, to translate business requirements into practical and innovative solutions. Expertise in the field will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and driving the organization's strategic goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs. Develop and design comprehensive solutions that address those requirements, considering factors such as functionality, scalability, security, and usability.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, developers, and architects, to ensure alignment of solution designs with overall project goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions to provide valuable insights and contribute to the decision-making process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to solution design. Apply your technical knowledge and expertise to evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, frameworks, and platforms that align with business objectives and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and implementation guidelines. Ensure that documentation is comprehensive, clear, and accessible to relevant team members, facilitating efficient implementation and knowledge sharing.
• Identify potential risks and issues associated with solution designs, considering factors such as security vulnerabilities, performance limitations, or technical constraints. Collaborate with the appropriate teams to proactively address and mitigate these risks, ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the solutions.
• Support the development and implementation phases of projects by providing guidance, clarifying design specifications, and resolving technical challenges. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that the implemented solutions adhere to the original design and meet the required standards of quality.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing solution design processes, methodologies, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements, automation opportunities, and tool enhancements to optimize the solution design lifecycle.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have Technical & Experience Requirements

• General Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in SAP Consulting or SAP In-house Support
• Domain Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise finance applications, preferably SAP CO and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Project Lifecycle: 2+ years of end-to-end project implementation experience, spanning from solution design and build phases through to hypercare and post-go-live support.

• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into functional language (and vice versa).
• Autonomy & Organization: Strong time management capabilities; able to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks and solution plans.
• Drive & Mindset: Highly self-motivated, performance-oriented, and eager to continuously learn. Possesses a "can-do" attitude that confidently challenges the status quo.
• Customer Focus: A strong service-oriented attitude dedicated to supporting business users, SMEs, and project managers.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Highly Preferred)

• Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
• Targeted SAP Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with or knowledge of the application of IFRS 15 and IFRS 18 standards.
