Building Maintenace

Job Overview: The position is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. They ensure that electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality. Also responsible for the site survey, supervision, installation, and check and repair of in-house and exclusive products of Wilcon. Minimum Qualifications: At least college graduate of a technical/vocational course With NCII qualifications of the relevant discipline With relevant experience in building maintenance work and product repairs Know how to drive a motorcycle with a valid driver's license Willing to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon branch.
