Document Control Management Coordinator (Philippines)

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria Virginia and Orlando Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning design infrastructure management technical consulting engineering and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its service (Army Air Force Navy Marine Corps) missions along with other federal agencies all over the world.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Management Coordinator to manage administrative tasks and ensure accurate handling filing tracking and maintenance of company documents and records.

Work Schedule: Flexible Shifting Schedule (Morning Afternoon and Night Shift). Please note that the position will eventually transition to a permanent Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage organize and maintain company documents and records.
• Ensure proper document control procedures are followed.
• Monitor document submission distribution filing and retrieval.
• Prepare reports correspondence and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding documentation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Administration or any related field.
• Previous experience in Administration and/or Document Control is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule including morning afternoon and night shifts.
• Must be residing in or willing to work in Olongapo City.
• Can work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
