ICATS Motors Inc. is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Body & Paint Service Advisor to join our growing aftersales team. If you have a passion for automotive service excellent customer relations skills and experience in body repair and paint processes we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers requiring body repair and paint services.
• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Explain repair procedures timelines and costs to customers clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Body & Paint Technicians Parts Department and Insurance Representatives to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor the progress of repair jobs and provide regular updates to customers.
• Process service orders repair documentation warranty claims and insurance-related requirements.
• Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Perform final vehicle inspections prior to release and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Automotive Technology Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in automotive aftersales body repair painting or service advisory functions.
• Knowledge of automotive body repair processes paint systems and insurance claim procedures is an advantage.
• Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and service management systems.
• Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple customer concerns simultaneously.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and has driving experience.
