• As a Data Center Support Analyst you will be responsible for the operation and management of the Data Center.
• The role executes all scheduled system jobs monitors data center infrastructure and provides extended transaction support services outside regular banking hours.
• The Data Center Support Analyst also collaborates closely with other IT teams to ensure optimal system performance high availability and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• The Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in IT or related courses.
• Preferably with 1 year experience relevant to the role.
• Good knowledge of data center hardware server management and network operations.
• Possesses problem-solving skills the capability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge with data center management tools monitoring software and basic networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP DNS DHCP) as well as familiarity with backup and disaster recovery systems are added advantages.
