Senior Account Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of end-to-end experience in client servicing and account management from facilities management or manpower agencies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements service standards and SLAs.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and operational requirements with internal teams.
• Monitor workforce performance attendance and compliance with client policies.
• Conduct site visits to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve client concerns and operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit account operational and performance reports.
• Oversee contract renewals account growth and business development initiatives.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain financial records.
