Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Lead/Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (1-2x onsite/week) - BGC, Taguig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across Salesforce projects, guide development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in driving project success, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across client engagements. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout project delivery. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution reviews with clients and project teams. Oversee code quality through code reviews, technical governance, and development best practices. Support deployment planning, release management, and production deployments. Design and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Build and analyze SOQL and SQL queries to support data management and reporting requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Mentor and develop team members to strengthen technical capabilities and professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or consulting roles. Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions. Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, configuration, and customization. Experience leading client-facing discussions, workshops, and solutioning sessions. Knowledge of deployment pipelines, release management, and DevOps practices. Experience conducting code reviews and supporting production deployments. Strong understanding of Salesforce Industry Clouds and enterprise solution architecture. Proficiency in SOQL and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
