Building Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate / Vocational Graduate / Technical Training in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field
• Preferably with NC II Certification in Electrical or Air Conditioning.
• With at least 1–3 years of experience in building, hotel, spa, or facility maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
• Maintain spa equipment, pools, pumps, water heaters, and treatment room equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs and maintenance requests.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of all facilities.
