Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior External Audit Associate to support audit engagements for Australian clients across various industries. The role involves leading fieldwork, reviewing financial statements, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with Australian auditing and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute external audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Perform risk assessments, substantive testing, and analytical review procedures.
  • Review financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Evaluate internal controls and identify audit findings.
  • Prepare and review audit workpapers in accordance with firm standards.
  • Coordinate with Australian clients and engagement teams.
  • Supervise and mentor junior audit associates.
  • Assist managers in finalizing audit reports and client deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • CPA or Non-CPA.
  • At least 3 years of external audit experience.
  • Australian client experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of ASA, AASB, and IFRS.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
