About the Role

Filinvest Land, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales and Leasing Manager to lead the disposal and leasing of rawland assets and prime commercial properties. The role is responsible for driving sales and leasing activities through broker network management, direct client engagement, negotiations, and deal closure while maximizing the value of the company's property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Leasing Management

• Drive the sale and lease of rawland properties and commercial lots.
• Identify, source, and engage brokers, real estate agents, and prospective buyers to support property disposal initiatives.
• Directly manage client relationships from prospecting to negotiation and deal closing.
• Secure Letters of Intent (LOIs) and facilitate transaction documentation.
• Monitor and manage sales and leasing opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives set by management.

Broker Network Development

• Recruit, onboard, train, and activate accredited brokers and real estate agents.
• Conduct property presentations, broker briefings, and site orientations.
• Organize broker recruitment and orientation events.
• Provide continuous support to brokers in negotiations and closing activities.
• Strengthen broker engagement to expand market reach and accelerate property disposal.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate closely with internal teams including Business Planning, Marketing, and other Filinvest departments.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with brokers, agents, landowners, government agencies, LGUs, and prospective buyers.
• Escalate concerns and seek approvals from management as necessary to facilitate transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, broker management, or property disposal.
• Strong network within the real estate brokerage community is highly desirable.
• Real Estate Broker's License is an advantage but not required.
• Experience handling rawland, commercial lots, or large-scale property transactions is preferred.
