Customer Service Representative (Shopify Support)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding order status assisting customers through Shopify chat and managing customer interactions on social media platforms. Shopify experience is a MUST for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails regarding order status shipping updates returns and general inquiries.
• Provide real-time customer support through Shopify Chat.
• Respond to customer messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram.
• Assist customers with product inquiries order tracking refunds exchanges and other support requests.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding order issues or escalations when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved concerns.
• Ensure all customer communications reflect the companys brand and professionalism.

Requirements

• Shopify experience is a MUST.
• Previous experience in customer service preferably in an eCommerce environment.
• Experience handling customer support via email live chat and social media.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
