IT Systems Subject Matter Expert - SAP B1 (F&B Inventory & BOM)

Role Overview

The IT Systems SME (F&B Inventory & BOM) will serve as the core technical expert bridging IT, Supply Chain, and Store Operations by maintaining SAP B1 inventory architectures, BOM structures, and new store rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the SAP B1 Inventory and Bill of Materials (BOM) system modules.
• Lead system rollouts, process standardization, and technical setup for new F&B store openings and supply chain workflows.
• Troubleshoot and manage data integrations between Point of Sale (POS), RMS, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in F&B inventory systems, supply chain IT, and store rollout executions.
• High proficiency and hands-on technical experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
