Research & Development / Process Standardization Manager (F&B Food Tech)

The R&D & Process Standardization Manager will lead product development, recipe standardization, and Bill of Materials (BOM) management, ensuring seamless scaling from the test kitchen to F&B store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and standardize store-level F&B culinary processes, recipes, and prep workflows.
• Build and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) data for all menu items across F&B brands.
• Oversee quality assurance, shelf-life testing, ingredient evaluation, and operational process control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in process standardization, BOM management, and operational quality control within F&B manufacturing or multi-unit F&B retail.
