We are looking for a skilled Automation Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that enhance our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation frameworks, scripting languages, and tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Job Description:

•Develop Automation Scripts/Frameworks: Design and develop scripts and frameworks to automate tasks, workflows, and system processes.

•Identify Automation Opportunities: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities within workflows applications, and systems.

•Integrate Automation Solutions: Integrate automation systems with existing tools, databases, and applications to streamline operations and improve data flow.

•Testing and Validation: Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure that automated solutions meet the required standards and perform as expected.

•Maintain and Update Automation Solutions: Continuously monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure they are functioning properly and adjust as needed based on feedback and system changes.

•Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., software development, DevOps, QA) to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions across the organization.

•Document Automation Processes: Maintain clear documentation for automation scripts, tools, and processes to ensure they are easily understood and can be updated or modified as needed.

•Optimize Performance: Continuously review automation processes and optimize efficiency, scalability, and performance.

Job Qualification:

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or any related field.

· At least 5 years of experience in automation development, application support, IT operations, process improvement, or related technical delivery roles.

· Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation scripts, workflows, or frameworks that streamline operational processes.

· Experience with automation and low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder, UiPath, or similar tools is preferred.

· Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, C#, or similar technologies.

· Familiarity with API integration, data extraction, data transformation, databases, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, or other enterprise systems used for automation and reporting.

· Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, document requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

· Strong understanding of testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of automation solutions.

· Experience in creating technical documentation, workflow diagrams, user guides, and support materials for developed automation solutions.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple automation initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment.

· Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with business users, stakeholders, developers, DevOps, QA, and IT support teams.

· Solid understanding of IT operations, service management, incident/change processes, and ticketing systems; experience with HDA or similar ITSM tools is an advantage.

· Knowledge or exposure to AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, machine learning concepts, or AI-enabled workflow automation is a plus.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum, project delivery, or continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage.

· Willingness to work on the assigned shift schedule and provide support during critical business or operational needs when required.
