• You are currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in Psychology Human Resource Management Business Management Marketing In-Store Logistics Hospitality Management Food Technology and require an internship as part of your academic curriculum.
• You have a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with different people while building positive working relationships.
• You work well both independently and as part of a team.
• You uphold integrity professionalism and respect for confidentiality in your work.
• You share IKEA values and are passionate about contributing to a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
