We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Associate Marketing Manager who will lead marketing initiatives that strengthen brand leadership, increase customer engagement, support product adoption, and contribute to revenue and market-share growth.
The role will translate customer and market insights into effective marketing strategies while overseeing campaigns, budgets, partnerships, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead integrated marketing plans across digital, print, retail, institutional, traditional, and on-ground channels.
Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and campaign execution to maintain a consistent and recognizable brand identity.
Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitor activities, sales data, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Recommend improvements to product positioning, promotional strategies, pricing, and marketing activities based on market findings.
Guide creative teams, agencies, and vendors in developing campaign materials, visual assets, events, and customer activations.
Partner with sales and business leaders to align marketing plans with revenue, market-share, profitability, and customer acquisition goals.
Lead customer profiling and segmentation initiatives to improve campaign targeting, customer retention, and lifetime value.
Establish campaign objectives and monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, return on investment, customer acquisition cost, engagement, and lead generation.
Prepare performance dashboards, commercial insights, and recommended action plans for business and marketing leaders.
Manage the assigned marketing budget, promotional spending, resource allocation, vendor payments, and cost-to-sales performance.
Identify strategic partnerships, co-branding opportunities, and marketing technologies that can support business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business priorities.
Perform other strategic and leadership responsibilities that may be assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Development Communication, or a related field.
At least five years of relevant marketing experience.
At least one year of supervisory, team leadership, or project leadership experience.
Experience in integrated marketing, brand management, campaign strategy, product marketing, customer engagement, or market research.
