About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Australian clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customer engagement ensuring excellent service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand M2Ss technology and consulting services.

The ideal candidate has experience managing enterprise IT accounts understands technology solutions and has exposure to software used within the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry such as AutoCAD Bluebeam Revit BIM 360 Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Australian clients.
  
• Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  
• Conduct regular client meetings service reviews and business planning sessions.
  
• Understand client business objectives and technology requirements.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
  

Account Growth

Identify opportunities to expand M2S services including:

• IT Managed Services
  
• Enterprise Integration
  
• Celigo Implementation
  
• IT Offshoring
  
• Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
  
• Cloud Services
  
• Digital Transformation Projects
  
• Application Support Services
  

Prepare proposals solution presentations and commercial quotations while working closely with technical and delivery teams.

Service Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate with Australian and offshore delivery teams.
  
• Monitor project progress and client satisfaction.
  
• Manage risks issues and escalations.
  
• Ensure delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
• Support the transition of projects into ongoing managed services.
  

Commercial Management

• Manage contract renewals and account growth.
  
• Track account performance against revenue and profitability targets.
  
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  
• Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT Account Management Customer Success or Technology Consulting.
  
• Experience working with Australian or international clients.
  
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT services and managed services.
  
• Knowledge of software commonly used within the AEC or construction industry such as:

  • Similar engineering construction or design collaboration platforms

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust and scalable applications technologies while leveraging Azure services. This role requires expertise in cloud-based development and database management particularly with Cosmos DB and MongoDB alongside Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design develop and maintain scalable applications using C# Core. Azure Integration: Develop and deploy applications on the Microsoft Azure platform utilising services such as Azure App Service Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps. Database Management: Work with Cosmos DB and MongoDB for database operations optimization and troubleshooting. DevOps Practices: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure seamless application deployment. Server Management: Manage and maintain application servers for hosting and scaling enterprise-grade applications. Code Quality: Write clean efficient and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments. Required Skills: Strong programming experience in C# Core/Framework. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure including services such as Azure App Service Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps. Proficiency in Cosmos DB and MongoDB for database development and management.( Not Mandatory Good to have) Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline setup and automation. Experience in managing and maintaining application servers. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Knowledge of REST APIs and micro services architecture. Exposure to cloud security best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
