Events Coordinator

• Handles client communications professionally by responding to inquiries addressing concerns and managing telephone and email correspondence with exceptional service standards.
• Assists in the planning and coordination of internal events ensuring operational requirements are met while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Oversees the preparation distribution and maintenance of event-related documentation ensuring the accuracy of records daily event boards and departmental files.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in event coordination hospitality operations or administrative support is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications with a strong understanding of meeting room configurations venue capacities and health and safety standards related to event operations.
• Must possess a valid work permit authorizing employment in the Philippines.
