Essential Job Functions:
We are looking forIT Fresh Graduatesto join our team asJunior Java Software Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise-grade applications that enable critical insurance and financial business processes.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and backend services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and testable Java code following established coding standards and best practices.
Develop and execute unit tests and support automated testing initiatives to ensure application quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design sessions.
Support system integrations, API development, and enhancements across enterprise applications.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including application optimization, automation, and modernization efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience inJava developmentand object-oriented programming concepts.
Exposure withSpring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development and integration.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and Agile development environment.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
