Job Overview

The Technical Support Engineers will provide after-sales technical support for renewable energy projects. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers, and ensuring installed systems are operating properly.

Responsibilities

Provide after-sales technical support for renewable energy projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns.
Handle support tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
Ensure installed systems are operating correctly.
Guide customers through technical concerns and system-related issues.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.

Qualifications

Strong technical troubleshooting skills in electrical systems or related fields.
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in solar/renewable energy industry.
Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership of issues.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
Licensed Engineer or relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
Driver's License is preferred.
