CLIENT: One of the Philippines' leading food manufacturing companies, producing well-loved biscuit, snack, confectionery, and food products distributed locally and internationally.
POSITION: AVP FOR PROCUREMENT
WORK SCHEDULE & SET UP: Daily onsite from Mondays to Fridays
JOB LOCATION: BGC, Taguig City
SALARY BUDGET: ₱150,000 to ₱200,000 gross per month (depending on experience/non-negotiable), plus other benefits
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for driving the company's strategic procurement initiatives with a strong focus on sourcing strategy, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and risk management. The role partners closely with key business stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and other indirect requirements while supporting business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate must possess extensive procurement experience within the food manufacturing or food ingredients industry and demonstrate strong commercial acumen, resilience, and the ability to effectively navigate a demanding and fast-paced environment.
