CLIENT: A logistics company
DIRECT REPORTS: (4) Procurement Managers

WORK SCHEDULE & SET UP: Daily onsite from Mondays to Fridays

JOB LOCATION: Pasay City

SALARY BUDGET: ₱150,000 to ₱250,000 gross per month (depending on experience/non-negotiable), 13th & 14th month bonuses, plus other benefits

JOB SUMMARY: Leads the overall procurement strategy of the organization, driving cost optimization, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and sourcing initiatives. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement programs while leading a team of(4)Procurement Managers to ensure operational efficiency, cost savings, and value creation across the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate ofany four-yearcourse; MBA is an advantage
• Must have at least 10 years of procurement experience, with at least3 years in a senior leadership role(senior management & up)
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and high-level negotiations
• Proven experience leading and developing procurement teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Must be amenable to a daily onsite work setup in Pasay City
