National Sales Manager（Poultry/Egg）

Local Sales/Account on Business，as below：

Personal Execution:

1. Market insight and collection: Gather and analyze market information from dimensions such as customer needs, competitors' dynamics, and key competitors；supporting marketing planning.

2. Develop and maintain marketing channels, including agents, customer visits, industry consultants, government agencies, etc., to explore business opportunities.

3. Conduct business negotiations, sign high-quality contracts, and achieve new signing targets.

4. Establish and maintain stable customer relationships with existing clients, meet their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Decision-making Assistance:

1. Assist in planning marketing activities, such as media promotion, exhibitions, training sessions, observation meetings, etc., to enhance the brand influence of FAMSUN in the region.

2. Assist production lines in following up on contract performance progress, provide service support to customers, and assist in project delivery and accounts receivable collection.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

· Bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as Food Science, Animal Science, etc. For outstanding candidates, the resume can be relaxed to a college degree.

2. Work Experience:

· More than 3 years of international sales experience in the same industry.

3. Professional Knowledge and Skills:

· Good communication skills in English and the local language of the business region.

· Professional technical proficiency, and deeply know in the technologies required for animal Farming engineering and equipment.

· Master negotiation skills in business negotiation processes.

· Have a good mentality, strong stress resistance, and be able to adapt to long-term business trips (or overseas assignments).
