Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who excels at client communication, account strategy, and maintaining strong partnerships that drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary relationship owner
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Understand client goals and align services to support their success
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and expansion
• Monitor account performance and proactively address issues or concerns
• Conduct account reviews and present recommendations to clients
• Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded whenever possible
• Maintain accurate account records and reporting
• Support contract renewals and long-term account retention efforts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Relationship Management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in BPO, SaaS, staffing, or professional services environments preferred
