Essential Job Functions:

We are looking forIT Fresh Graduatesto join our team asJunior Java Software Engineer. In this role you will contribute to the design development enhancement and support of enterprise-grade applications that enable critical insurance and financial business processes.

• Design develop and maintain high-quality Java applications and backend services.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Write clean efficient maintainable and testable Java code following established coding standards and best practices.

• Develop and execute unit tests and support automated testing initiatives to ensure application quality and reliability.

• Troubleshoot debug and resolve application defects performance bottlenecks and production issues.

• Participate in code reviews technical discussions and solution design sessions.

• Support system integrations API development and enhancements across enterprise applications.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including application optimization automation and modernization efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field.

• Strong experience inJava developmentand object-oriented programming concepts.

• Exposure withSpring Framework Spring Boot and RESTful API development and integration.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Strong debugging troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and Agile development environment.

• Strong communication coordination and documentation skills
