What You'll Do As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional patient service, efficient clinic operations, and achievement of business goals.

You will lead the branch team, maintain operational standards, and create a positive experience for every patient.

Your key responsibilities include: Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic.

Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and service recovery professionally.

Coordinate clinic schedules to maximize efficiency and patient flow.

Drive branch sales through customer retention, referrals, and excellent service.

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and Patient Care Management protocols.

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the clinic.

Monitor clinic equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.

Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch personnel to foster a high-performing team.

Prepare branch reports, manage schedules, monitor attendance, and oversee office supply requirements.

Collaborate with the Managing Physician and Operations team to achieve branch objectives.

What We're Looking For Graduate of any four-year college course.

At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the service industry.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Willing to work onsite and provide support to other clinic branches when needed.
